RETURN REQUESTS / INQUIRIES
Direct all warranty/non warranty and repair requests/inquiries to the Watch Hobby Shop Customer Service Department. BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT(S) TO Watch Hobby Shop, PURCHASER MUST FILL OUT the Work Order in Full/Complete Detail and should then be marked on the outside of the return package and on any correspondence. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent breakage in transit.
FOR WARRANTY RETURNS, please have the following information available BEFORE contacting Watch Hobby Shop: 1. Purchase Order number under which the product was PURCHASED, 2. Model and serial number of the product under warranty, and 3. Repair instructions and/or specific problems relative to the product. FOR NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS, consult Watch Hobby Shop for current repair charges. Have the following information available BEFORE contacting Watch Hobby Shop: 1. Purchase Order number to cover the COST of the repair, 2. Model and serial number of the product, and 3. Repair instructions and/or specific problems relative to the product. Watch Hobby Shop’s policy is to make running changes, not model changes, whenever an improvement is possible. This affords our customers the latest in technology and engineering. This document may not be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated, or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, include a copy of this work order with your watch only. DO NOT ship your original box, ship ONLY the Watch and Work Order to Watch Hobby Shop. You will be invoiced $25 deposit to be paid in full before being inspected by our Certified Watchmaker, if you agree to the quote on the service or repair the deposit will be included in the quote. If customer denies service or repair after quote, then the $25 deposit will be forfeited to Watch Hobby Shop for shipping and handling cost back to the original sender on the work order. We do not guarantee a time frame on how long the repair may or may not take. We do guarantee a 5 year warranty on all repairs or service on your watch from the date of the service has been completed. Service or Repair must be paid in full before the watch is returned back to you. We reserve the right to use the abandon law of property after 30 days of sending you the invoice to be paid in full. If no response nor payment has been attempted after the repair has been completed after the 30 days of contacting you via email, phone or text and no response you agree to forfeit your property to Watch Hobby Shop as arbitration according to all regulations and federal/state laws.
